Our Story
Sophie and Tyler's paths first crossed while Sophie lived in Manhattan Kansas attending K-State and Tyler was stationed at the nearby Fort Riley during his service in the military. Yet, despite their undeniable chemistry and shared interests, the timing wasn't quite right, and they each continued along their separate journeys, living their own lives. They unknowingly embraced the philosophy of the invisible string theory, that despite physical distance or life's divergent paths, their hearts would remain connected by an intangible bond. And so, they pursued their passions, navigated their own joys and challenges, all the while carrying a piece of each other in their hearts.
It wasn't until one fateful day, when the stars aligned, that Sophie and Tyler found themselves reintroduced by a mutual friend. In that moment, it became clear that they were meant to be more than just passing acquaintances. Sophie and Tyler's friendship blossomed into a love that knew no bounds. Through long drives from Fort Riley to Kansas City with flowers in tow and many late-night phone calls, they discovered the depth of their affection for one another. Together, they welcomed three furry companions into their home: Charlie, Sophie's original dog; Banjo, their rescue; and Benelli, their rescuer.
